Numbers 15:37-41

37 The Lord also spoke to Moses, saying, 38 “Speak to the sons of Israel and tell them that they shall make for themselves ^atassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a ^{▼▼Or bluish; LXX hyacinth in color, and so throughout the ch}violet thread. 39 It shall be a tassel for you ^{▼▼Lit and you shall look at it}to look at and ^dremember all the commandments of the Lord, so that you will do them and not ^{▼▼Lit seek}follow your own heart and your own eyes, ^{▼▼Lit after which you played}which led you to prostitute yourselves, 40 so that you will remember and do all My commandments and ^gbe holy to your God. 41 I am the Lord your God who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the Lord your God.”
